I've been an artist my whole life. As soon as I could hold a pencil, I was drawing. I have been working professionally as an animator, illustrator, designer and developer since 1999, yes pre Y2K. I started with Photoshop 3.0 back in 1994! I studied engineering and later animation and design when I was in school with a minor in music. I have had the privilege of working with several major organizations in my career including, AT&T, Anhueser Busch, Cartoon Network, Disney, Energizer, Hostess, Lockheed Martin, Lucas Film, Metlife, Microsoft, Monsanto, Nickelodeon, Purina, Scottrade, the U.S. Airforce, Warner Brothers and many more. I live in the Midwest, just outside of Saint Louis, Missouri. I have two incredible daughters and a wonderful wife that are my amazing support team, along with our dogs, Jake and Luna.
Smash up chibi, comic and cartoon styles with heavy dose of fun and you get my Mini's. Heroes to Villians, DC to Marvel, Star Wars to Firefly, if it's geek I have it covered. BTW I draw what I like so yeah I'm a mini geek.
I love classic monsters. Universal and Toho are part of my DNA. Whether Kaiju or Nosferatu, Kong vs Gorjira, Dracula meets the Wolfman and especially the resident of the Black Lagoon, it's always October here.
A whole new take on pinups from the 40's and 50's. All my cuties are family friendly tributes to the loveley ladies of comics, movies, TV and aniamtion. A celebration of girl power for the young and young at heart :)
From heroes in capes to mad men on the edge, this one is wide open. Airbrush, print making, pen and ink, Photoshop, Illustrator and the app formerly known as Flash, just some of the tools I use to bring things to life.
Fan art is awesome but I'm a creator as well. Here are some of the worlds I have created and the inhabitants that tell me what to do. Every one of them has a story and I can't wait to share more.
